Provider of Advanced Energy Management Solutions to Coach Attendees on the Benefits of Actively Managing Energy Consumption to Reduce Expenses and Increase Efficiency

FRAMINGHAM, Massachusetts—December 1, 2011—PeopleCube, provider of intelligent workplace, resource, and energy management technology, will be a featured presenter at Ecobuild America. Taking place December 8 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., the conference offers attendees the education and resources needed to build smarter buildings and facilities and to improve the built environment.

During the conference, Peter Tarca, general manager of PeopleCube’s Intelligent Buildings business unit, will present “Corporate ROI of Energy Management in Buildings.” This presentation will explore the value of active energy management practices, the impact it has on intelligent buildings initiatives, and the significance of leveraging space utilization analytics to control an organization’s energy consumption.

“Organizations are learning that they can reduce their energy expenses by 30 percent or more simply by monitoring and controlling how and when energy is being used,” said Tarca. “Technology now exists to enable companies to actively measure, manage, and automatically control energy consumption in their buildings and facilities for increased efficiency and greater ROI. At Ecobuild, I’ll be showcasing some of the available technologies and outlining how they can support an organization’s energy-management initiatives.”
