NetMedia Europe is the result of an MBO and carve-out of several of the online media businesses from the VNU Business Media group. The company today represents an ensemble of local, country-based websites which offer high-quality content pertaining to the professional IT sector.

With more than 6 million unique visitors monthly, NetMedia Europe manages notable online brands such as Gizmodo, The Inquirer, PCDirect, PCPro, Silicon, VNUnet as well as a number of local magazine sites.

Truffle Capital led the carve-out operation of the business spanning France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and now the UK.
