Paris – May 28, 2012 – Momac, a leading provider of customer engagement interface solutions for mobile operators, recently raised €1 million in new funding to accelerate R&D and product development of the company’s multi-screen offering. Already an industry-leader in the development of interactive mobile interfaces, Momac is using the funds to extend its award winning mvolve platform to support tablets, iTVs and web browsers, providing CSP’s with a complete solution for customer engagement and self service interfaces across all major digital touch-points.

Momac continues to build on enormous opportunity in the mobile Customer Experience Management spectrum, partnering with Communication Service Providers to reduce operations costs and drive revenue by creating individualised mobile interfaces that engage and empower customers. On-device self-service solutions are helping CSPs drive up customer satisfaction and ARPU. These plans to extend the capabilities of Momac’s industry-leading mobile platform mvolve to include multiple screens will set the pace for an adaptive and consistent customer experience, opening new possibilities for CSPs to enhance customer engagement.
