Acquisition Establishes PeopleCube as the Largest Provider of Workplace Management Solutions and Broadens Company’s Worldwide Product Reach
Framingham, Massachusetts, February 17, 2011—PeopleCube, provider of intelligent workplace management technology, today announced that it has acquired BusinessSolve, Ltd., a UK-based supplier of resource scheduling software. This acquisition, PeopleCube’s fifth overall in eight years and second in the UK within five years, more than triples the company’s market penetration in the UK and establishes PeopleCube as the largest company in the workplace management market in terms of revenue, customers, and personnel. It also positions PeopleCube as a leading provider of scheduling solutions for small, medium, and enterprise organizations and supports the sustained growth of the company’s subscription service offerings.

Workspace Manager
BusinessSolve’s flagship product, Workspace Manager, is a web-based resource scheduling system used for booking and managing rooms, desks, car parking spaces, and facility visitors. Workspace Manager allows employees and facilities management teams to search for and book resources using either a simple, interactive floor plan or a calendar view. It is accessible from a web browser, Microsoft Outlook, LCD digital room displays, mobile phones, touch screen kiosks, and VOIP telephony handsets.
