Bernard-Louis is a pioneer in private equity in the Information Technology sector, having founded ABN Amro Venture Capital. He has successfully managed 35 investments in the Information Technology sector; the majority of which were for companies now listed on the stock exchange.
He has a strong entrepreneurial experience. Having acquired a small French manufacturer in 1992, he made it profitable and sold on 18 months later.
Each year he publishes the “Truffle 100” observatory of software publishers, which provides an important reference in France and Europe.
Bernard-Louis is a member of the Management Committee of Boostermedia, Horizontal Software and NetMediaEurope, Board member of DenyaAll, Kang (ex Utel), Makazi, Netbooster (ALNBT), Populis and Retency, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Paytop and a member of the Supervisory Board of Credit.fr, all companies in Truffle Capital’s portfolio.
Educational qualifications: Graduate of ESSEC, Executive Certificate from MIT (USA). Member of the ESSEC Ventures investment committee.
