Philippe Gluntz is currently Chairman of France Angels, the French Association of Business Angels networks, Vice-Chairman of EBAN and member of its executive committee and Vice-Chairman of Paris Business Angels. He is also Board Member of several IT companies. Philippe Gluntz was elected “European Business Angel of the year” by the EBAN Congress in Moscow in April 2012.
Previously, Philippe Gluntz was COO then CEO of several computer services companies, singularly of GSI (Générale de Service Informatique), that he co-founded and eventually sold to ADP Employer Services, for which he served as CEO Europe and Corporate Vice-President and then non-executive Chairman. He was also in charge of one of the largest mergers of the 80’s, between Alcatel-CIT (France) and I.T.T. Telecom (USA), of which he was COO from 1986 to 1991. Philippe Gluntz was also Cap Gemini’s Group Vice-Chairman International for 4 years.
Graduate from Ivy League Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris. PhD in Management from Vanderbilt University.
