Bozena Adamczyk is a Partner within the FinTech team at Truffle Capital. She specializes in investing in European startups at the growth stage, focusing on those that leverage deep technology in finance to foster responsible economic growth. Within Truffle, Bozena is actively involved in the Fintech Investor Network and Ecosystem (FINE) project, which aims to strengthen connections among fintech networks, both locally and internationally. She is also a mentor at EIC's Women Leadership Programme.

Bozena is an accomplished professional with 22 years of experience in finance and investments. Prior to joining Truffle, she served as a CFO in growth-stage startups and spent 8 years at Deloitte France and Poland. Bozena holds a master’s degree from the Warsaw University of Technology and from the Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, she has completed an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
