Obat the all-in-one platform raises €12M and paves the way to become contractors' companion
Obat, an innovative SaaS software for managing quotes, invoices, schedules, and soon payments, for SMEs in the construction sector, completed its closing and raised €12 million at 2.3 times Truffle Capital's cost. Obat has become a scaleup with impressive 150% growth rate & 86% gross margin. The fundraise was finalized with a major bank and a fintech investment fund, a great example of "coopetition" between specialized VCs.
